Negative is the 1999 debut studio album from influential Serbian rock band Negative. The album was an immediate success, and it included some of the band's greatest hits. Ja bih te sanjala became their signature song. During the next three years, the band had a string of successful singles such as Ja bih te sanjala, Oblaci, Svet tuge, Ti me ne volis and Vreme je. Videos were shot for all the singles from the album. EN-GARDE was formed in 1994 as a four piece line-up. Their first attempt was a mix of garage and gothic with intense unusual female vocals. After a lot of the band changed direction to more melodic and atmospheric forms. The different influences of the band members brought an unusual result which combines heavy sound, symphonic parts and weird atmospheric feelings. In February '95 they entered PRAXIS studios to record two tracks for their 7 gatefold EP called Negative Self Image which was released by Dark Side records.
