It includes every known recording from the tour, including audience tapes. Most of the set was unreleased at that point and some tapes never circulated before. The 1966 Live Recordings was released as a way to prevent the recordings from legally entering the public domain in Europe, in a similar fashion to The 50th Anniversary Collection 1962, The 50th. Here is Bob in all of his controversial electric glory. TRACKLIST BELOW. This was taken from the bootleg compilation album Life And Life Only Radio & TV 1961-1965. If this isn't precisely the year Dylan went electric - he released two albums of rock & roll in 1965 and he plugged in for a headlining set at the Newport Folk Festival that wound up polarizing the crowd - it is the year that produced the most famous document of how divisive his decision was to embrace loud rock & roll: a concert given at the Manchester Free Trade Hall on May 17, 1966 and bootlegged for years as his Royal Albert Hall performance. Bob Dylan. Bob Dylan played two nights at Londons Royal Albert Hall in the spring of 1966, a year he spent much of on the road with the Band. On both nights in London, Dylan played the bluesy Tell Me, Momma, a tune he played frequently that year but never put on a studio album. While doing the archival research for The Cutting Edge 1965-1966: The Bootleg Series Vol. 12, last years box set of Dylans mid-Sixties studio sessions, we were continually struck by how great his 1966 live recordings really are, Adam Block, president of Legacy Recordings, said in a statement. Reviews of the Bob Dylan - The 1965 Soundboard Recordings (2):
Only the following shows are audience recordings:
Santa Monica
part of 1st London show
Forest Hills

All other shows are excellent soundboard tapes.
Aren't they just a copy of what was officially released as downloads by Sony to those who bought the mega Cutting Edge box?

How can you blame 4 shure and Discogs?

Utter nonsense.
